Why 21 Days lockdown is so crucial?

COVID-19 Continues to affect everywhere in the world, we hope everyone in our RLS HUMAN CARE family is staying safe and putting their health and well-being first.

In India, around 1300 people die every day due to cancer, and more than 400 due to a road accident, and as of now, only about 35 people died due to COVID-19.

Then the obvious question that might be popping in your mind is that “Why the government decided to take such a big never before decision of locking down for 21 Days?”.

So short and simple answer is that once the spread of this COVID-19 becomes out of control in India, then it will remain out of control for quite a long time as you all well know how bad it is affecting Italy, America and many other countries whose medical condition is far better than India.

It took 67 days to get 1 lakh cases, 11 days for next 1 lakh, four days for next 1 lakh and two days for next 1 lakh this implies how fast this virus is spreading across the globe.

In particular, if we talk about India, then it took 40 days for 1st 50 cases, five days for the next 50 cases, three days for the next 50 and 2 days for the next one.

There is a projection of “theprint” that by or before 31st May, the number of infected people will become 913,408, and the number of hospital beds will be 669,600.

So it is very, very important that this lockdown becomes successful or else we have to see the worst situation where all infected can not be admitted because of the lack of beds in hospitals and those whose life can be saved will not be saved.

But in case if this lockdown becomes successful, then the whole world is going to look at India and will appreciate it. By lockdown, we don’t want to eliminate this virus but to flatten the curve of infected people versus date as South Korea was able to.

Maybe you and I will spend the next remaining days on Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, but some may die because of hunger, if not corona. So please help those people and don’t miss the chance of becoming a hero. With the hope that you are safe and will remain safe signing off.
