A worker was working on a mobile tower in Tabuk a city of Saudi Arabia. While working on height, he became unconscious and fell. Attached safety harness retracted him and saved him from falling on ground but unfortunately, during hanging, he collided with tower got some injuries on his head. He is now out of danger and in recovery mode.
Precautions:
Always work when you are confident and have a good command of related activity. Never work in stressed or mentally disturbed conditions. Always use suitable PPEs especially take much care while selecting and wearing a safety harness. A Quick Risk Assessment must be made before starting the activity. Rescue Plans must be present while high-risk activity.
