SAFETY IN REFINERY

Oil refining in Britain is a major industry. It is a
development of the post war era, mainly as a direct
result of the economic situation in which Britain found
itself after the Second World War and of the
enormously increased use of oil which the war itself
and the years of reconstruction after it brought about.
